Wooden Penholderby ~Hluthvik

Artisan Crafts / Woodworking

About 11,5cm long, made out of damson plum wood.
This slightly curly shape was made on purpose, after cutting the wood it had such a great grain I simply couldn't destroy.
The text above says:
"Úbe man álliu dîer fúrtin sál, nehéin só harto só den mán."
It's Old High German, translated:
"Although you have to fear every animal, no one as much as the mankind."

Vielleicht, weil es nicht ein Stück Plastik ist, das von einer Maschine in China billigstmöglich hergestellt und hierzulande als Premiumschreibgerät teuer vertickt wird
